ULTRA Training – Log #3

Session: speed endurance
Warm up: 3 laps followed by stretching and specific warm-up/drills
Workout: 45 minutes continues running at 80-85% (3:30-3:18 per lap)
Weather: with drizzle
Cool down: Stretching

  3. hi liza, she's using a stability shoe for over pronation. She has a low arc foot and tends to over pronate according to a running coach.

    yes liza, land on your balls (balls of your feet). That is midfoot landing, for less injury and run faster.
